Monday, June 11, 2018 at Hermitage Country Club  We are back at Hermitage Country Club in Goochland. We have opportunities for sponsors to help cover the cost and still have a fund raising event. A box lunch and driving range is included for all golfers.   Four Man Captain’s Choice Prizes will be awarded to the top 5 teams. Closest to the pin and longest drive contests will be awarded as individual prizes.

Abstract:  Ken will take us through the following topics/questions: ·        Field Inspections ·        Code Requirements ·        Regulatory Requirements ·       Things to look for in the field   Bio: Ken is Director of Healthcare Sector foe Dunlap and Partners Engineers.  Ken has worked in the consulting engineering profession for twenty-nine years, with a primary disciplinary focus on mechanical (HVAC) design and engineering. He has been involved with and has lead projects from the proposal phase through the construction administration phase. Ken has a strong background in the healthcare market sector. Ken holds two Applied Sciences degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering Technology – with specializations in Architectural/Industrial Design and Building Construction Management. He received his ASHRAE – Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP) certification in February, 2015, Project Management Institute – Project Management Professional (PMP) credential in February, 2009 and LEED AP credential in September of 2007 and BD+C specialization in June, 2012.
